SUPPORT

For technical support, please use one of the following access points:

Search our Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base at http://kb.optivisioninc.com contains information about common questions which may frequently be asked. Optivision invites you to become familiar with its contents since quite often a problem that you may be experiencing has been posted along with a solution.

Post a question or technical difficulty on our Issues Site

If you are experiencing an issue that is not in the Knowledge Base, we have a place to enter issues at http://issues.optivisioninc.com where you can post a question 24 hours a day. We are notified and can take appropriate action. This is a great way to keep a running record of correspondence of an issue through to its resolution.

Lens OPC Search

Use the entry box below to search our lens database for an existing lens. If we don't have it, we'll get it.

Eyefinity Lookup Values

Click here to access the lookup values needed to accept Eyefinity jobs electronically. These values need to be kept up to date to provide a easy and seemless integration with electronic Eyefinity orders. You need your username and password to access this area of the web site. Contact Optivision if needed.

Online Order Status

Click here to view online orders that have been sent by your lab (when sending to another lab) and have been received by your lab. This is useful to confirm the job status of sent jobs and the confirmation of received jobs. You may also flag received jobs to resend if needed.

Program Updates

Please select the Click here link on the above web page to access the updated program using the "Open" option to download and open the program.

Please remember that the program installs to the F: drive by default. If your Optivision programs are installed on the C: drive or other drive, it will be necessary for you to change the indicated install location to the proper drive and into the \opt00\prog folder. In some instances you may be made aware to do this if you encounter a message from the install program displaying a "Not enough drive space" or similar message. After downloading and installing the updated Program Updates program, you will then be able to download any other available Optivision lab management or accounting system program updates.

Lens Updates

If you haven't already, Optivision recommends downloading the 'Lens Updates' program through the Optivision 'Program Updates' program. This latest release will load into your Lab Management System any new lens colors and styles that have been released and update any new five-digit manufacturer identifiers that have been adopted by the vendors.
